My passion for working intuitively and energetically leads me to my purpose of working with women either by Coaching, Mentoring or Hands On with Massage and Reiki.

I am a Life Coach with a difference. I am a mix of science and grounded spirituality. I believe in a wide spectrum of possibilities and at the same time live right here in the now. Because even though there are other realms and time may be an illusion we chose to live now in this time and space and in this human experience. I work with women who have already gone through a therapeutic process for resolving what has happened in the past and are ready to create a vibrant loving future grounded in purpose. Those who are willing and wanting to keep moving forward and growing with every experience life has to offer.

As a Mentor of other business women, I come from a spiritual perspective to create alignment with your life purpose and your business so you can act as a beacon of pure intention to attract your ideal clientele and build a rewarding prosperous business.

Originally from Boulder, Colorado USA, my husband and I and our 2 boys live a life of balance and gratitude in Papamoa, New Zealand. With 20+ years in the health and wellness industry I have a varied range of knowledge and experience to draw upon. I have worked in hospitality, nutritional supplements, have started 3 businesses, and for the last 18 years had a successful career as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master owning a clinic in Howick, Auckland with which I sold in 2019 to relocate to Papamoa.  I hold great appreciation for the many wonderful Reiki Healers and clients I have been privileged to support in their health journey.
